LAB TASKS

organize and clean lab bench/space
organize and return field and lab equipment used for your projects to their designated areas in the lab
comfirm everything is properly labeled (eg. samples)
dispose of anything that is no longer needed or useful (eg. old solutions, buffers, or samples)
move any samples for long term storage from -20°C freezer to -80°C freezer (update -80°C Freezer Database)
check -80°C Freezer Database and update data if nessessary (see -80°C protocol)

ONLINE TASKS

GITHUB

update github protocols for your project (in personal repository associated with the project & and in lab website github if nessessary)
add or update ReadMe repository to make sure all relevent project information is there and linked to make it easier for new people in the lab to follow
- make sure data is linked in ReadMe (eg. google sheets)
upload r scripts to github
confirm that Remy is a collaborator for relevent lab project repositories (that are associated your personal account)
fork relevent personal repositories to The Gatins Lab organization

SYNOLOGY

-[ ] transfer all data to our lab synology -[ ] make sure to add a README document and add all links associated with other data repositories (e.g. github repository, Google drive folder, etc)

OTHER

upload any relevent documents to google drive folders associated with your lab projects (add links to github) & share with Remy if not already

FINAL TASKS

confirm that Remy has ways to contact you (ie. personal email & phone number)
